Secrets behind an automation for gatesI'm sure every time you went into a supermarket you wondered how to open doors when a person is in front of them? Maybe some of you have gone even further and have thought how could it to install such a system at home or at work? Now all these questions and have found an answer ... Next I will present the technology behind these gates automation.For starters I would like to establish a few basics. There are two types of gate automation: systems for sliding doors from the garage to the elevator, etc and swing door systems.Now we will deal with systems for sliding doors, so that in future you out the others.Suppose you have already installed a sliding door. Automation begins with an opening to mount an automatic mechanism that can interpret the message came from external stimuli.How this mechanism can be triggered? It's easy and you have even more options. If this signal is interrupted when the gate no longer closes.Now that we know something about the ways we may perform a gate automation to move on, namely the technology behind these systems.Opening mechanism is placed in the space above the door or gate. An engine that runs in a lower gear to have a small but speed and higher torque, drives a pulley mounted at one end of a belt. Gate is caught by the belt clip. To open the gate or door, rotate the engine pulley belt acting as lead gate movement. To close the gate, the system rotates clockwise.It is, in short, secret behind tutor automated gates and doors.
